Muscle Confusion. Or is it just exhaustion?

Got on the treadmill today. Spun it up to max incline. Got soooooo dizzy I got off after 70 minutes and did not get back on.
Found some old files my best friend ever sent me about full body exercise. Did those for one hour to help muscle confusion.
What did you do for you today?
According to my calculations I have actually burned more calories this week than I have ingested. Considerably more calories.

  1. To answer your question, I ran an easy 2 miles at 9 min pace. I do that a couple of times a week. On Saturday mornings I run 2 miles, bike 10 miles, run 2 mile. It’s known as a duathon. I’ll soon have that below 1 hour, 30 minutes, if I don’t promote on to heaven first. If I can’t make the Saturday workout I’ll run a 10k on Sunday mornings before a go to the temple.
    I’m ready for some cooler weather. Since you have pretty good relations with God could you do a weather prayer for us?

  2. Health is great. Just getting fat and old. I missed my last couple of oncologist visits. Got to get back onto that routine
    Taylor has an interview with the head of special on Tuesday. Prayers would be greatly appreciated
