Late in the Week, End of the First Month

So, 2019 is nearly over now and what have we done with it?

Look up. The first month of the year is in its last day. Thursday, 31 January, 2019.

This month, Chains of Grace welcomed four new residents. We bade farewell to one of our fellows, who graduated and went on to greater things. We got medical help for five guys, dental help for one and have another lined up to see an optometrist for the first time in twenty years.

We fed more than 200 meals.

Two of our young men got jobs beyond what they might have expected.

One of our ladies failed a drug test. Two of our guys failed life tests.

When we have a success, it is big enough to see. When we have a failure, it is usually loud enough to hear.

Some time soon, I will figure up what we save the tax payer (you) per day by having a person in our program rather than in a prison. I assure you, it is substantial.

Please love our ministry.

Go to www.chainsofgrace.org, hit one of the Donate boxes and fill out the paypal form to give a monthly amount to our ministry.

Or, send a check to Chains of Grace, PO Box 1344 in MIdlothian, TX 76065.

We will use the money for the best possible purpose.
