We are poor so our vacations tend to be three day road trips. This year, we are with our daughter's family (two grandchildren) in San Antonio. We spent two days touring Sea World. It is an aquatic theme park with water rides, water slides, two big water parks inside and just lots of water.
People tend to dress differently when in water. Here are the things I have noticed.
There are more tatoos in the world than I had thought. Many have already begun to sag alarmingly. This does not bode well for the future.
Bathing apparel should come with some kind of warning label. Apparently, something that looks right in the dim light of a dressing room in April can somehow go terribly, terribly wrong when it gets wet and sticky in July. Perhaps the trial period could include being led outside, sprayed with water and allowed to walk around for an hour before one actually must purchase the bathing suit.
There seems to be some kind of plumber's union for females now.
If you eat lots of carbs and have not exercised since the Carter administration you should not ask spandex to do more than God intended when She created the material. What I have seen here the last two days could get some people arrested for crimes against humanity.
I have spent three days in the sun. If anything I am whiter than when I set out on my journey. Other anglos burn or tan.
If I get any whiter I will be transparent.
