The criteria for renewing over the phone include:
- Resident of Texas
- Own a phone
- Access to a credit card
- Willingness to listen to endless instructions
- Patience of Job
However, after only one hour on the line, apparently, at the cost of only $24.98 HK (Hong Kong Dollars) I am now licensed to drive a rickshaw in most Southeast Asian capitols during Tet.
I feel good about this. Government never fails to amaze me.
